Will has over 9 years’ experience in Defence, supporting and delivering projects across the Army, UN and MOD. He has led teams and managed complex tasks in high pressure environments, giving him a solid understanding of Defence structures, stakeholder needs and how to drive delivery across diverse organisations.
Will has worked directly with senior leadership, supporting Senior Army Officers and Programme Directors with clear information and balanced recommendations. He maintains strong working relationships, aligning teams on priorities and ensuring decisions are supported by the right context and evidence.
Outside work, Will spends most of his time chasing his energetic young children. He endeavours to spend as much time as possible outdoors and is an avid sport fan with a slightly over-invested interest in stats!
