Tom brings over 17 years of experience across Defence, P3M, and engineering, having worked in diverse domains including Maritime, Intelligence, and Cyber. His career has spanned both traditional and modern delivery methodologies, from waterfall to Agile, enabling him to adapt to the evolving demands of complex programmes.
In his most recent role, Tom led the implementation of a new team structure and service management framework alignment for a critical Cyber capability. His ability to engage and manage stakeholders effectively has been a key driver in delivering successful outcomes across high-pressure environments.
Tom thrives on bringing clarity and structure to challenging projects, with a focus on delivery excellence and strategic alignment. His passion for enabling teams and systems to perform at their best continues to shape his approach to consultancy.
Outside of work, Tom is a dedicated pitmaster who enjoys experimenting with BBQ techniques. He’s an avid sports fan—especially American football—and loves the energy of live music events.
