With 22 years of service in the Royal Air Force, Si brings deep experience across multiple MOD environments, specialising in Service Management, communications, and operational delivery. His career has centred on developing people, leading technical teams, and driving consistent, high quality service outcomes in demanding and fast paced settings. A clear and confident communicator, he values teamwork and continual improvement, bringing a practical, solutions focused approach to complex challenges.
Now serving as an In Service Delivery Manager at Apache iX, he applies his strong ICT and project delivery background to support clients, streamline operations, and enable reliable, customer focused results.
Outside of work, he enjoys gaming, both watching and playing sports, and hiking with his dogs.
