Scott has over 20+ years’ MOD experience in a wide range of ICT Communications roles, with over 15 years in management of ICT professionals. For the last 8 years, he led teams of RAF technicians in the delivery of system administration and service desk functions within the GEOINT sector. Scott consistently encourages positive teamwork, ensuring the individual is fully supported, trained and equipped to complete their tasks.
Always up for a challenge, he is willing to learn new skills and continuously stretch himself. With a long history of providing positive influence within an IT engineering environment; his ability to bring teams together to achieve the goal has been proven on multiple occasions. Educated in both Agile and APM Project Management styles, Scott is truly starting his Project Management career in the right direction with Apache IX.
Outside of work, Scott enjoys gardening, running, badminton, golf, computer games and spending time with friends and family. Scott is also a self-confessed Sci-Fi geek. Scott is married with two adult children, a small yappy dog and one large grumpy cat.
