Joe has over 9 years of P3M experience in the automotive industry. He brings a pragmatic, people-first approach to delivery, valuing transparency, collaboration and continuous improvement. Now in the Defence sector he uses his PM skills to make a real difference for his customers, and looks to get stuck in to new challenges at every opportunity.
Before joining Apache iX, Joe earned a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from the University of Birmingham. He then joined Jaguar Land Rover spending 6 years in Vehicle Engineering, followed by 3 years in Commercial Strategy and Transformation. He’s led multi-disciplined teams through complex engineering programmes and driven the rollout of Agile methods within product engineering.
His spare time is limited by two toddlers and a house renovation, but Joe enjoys running and fitness, big walks with the dog and returning home to watch plenty of different sports.
