Jacqui has spent the last nine years working within Defence as a Business Manager, where she has built a strong foundation in people management and organisational planning. Her work has covered many programmes, giving her a broad understanding of all areas within defence.
Over the past five years, Jacqui managed Graduate and Apprenticeship schemes. Her experience includes resource and event planning, people development and supporting Project Delivery within P3M frameworks. She brings a practical approach to stakeholder coordination, recruitment and programme operations.
Before moving into DE&S, Jacqui worked in the NHS for nine years completing a BSc in Paediatric Nursing and a MSc in Public Health Nursing.
Outside of work Jacqui enjoys baking, seeing musicals and theatre, and watching rugby.
