Bec served 12 years in the Royal Air Force, experiencing a range of specialisations, including System Administration and Cryptographic Custodian duties. Working in high-pressure environments, in the UK and overseas, she is an approachable, enthusiastic character, who looks to encourage others within any team to develop.
Bec earned a Foundation Degree in ICT, and completed Project Management courses, Agile PM and PRINCE2, to further her knowledge within the environment. As a Service Manager she aims to enable continuous improvement.
Outside of work she thoroughly enjoys being in the garden. A project of her own has begun, which includes a subscription to a rather large gardening magazine. She also enjoys being with her family and friends as much as possible and reading fantasy novels.
